I enjoy my days off, that’s maintaining 15-16 off. It’s enough to plow into my PRAP and savings in my effort to have the option to retire as soon as possible. It’s a marathon not a sprint.

So, its not impossible to reach that brass ring. And the guys holding weekends off, the ones who can pick up the 100% trips in the seniority window, or are at the top of the SRM list are not holding average credit lines to start with, they're working down to Aruba and deadheading back for 10+ credit a day.
Done the SRM with conflict, highest I’ve ever heard of was a notorious EWR cap I flew with that banked 190 working his ass off. Anyone on the gup knows him. I’ve flown with the hustlers, never once heard of any of them getting conflict multiple times in a month or breaking 200 hours.
