No one is in the "hunt" for RJ flying!!!
If for some reason WN bought 190's they would be flown by those on the WN seniority list.
This includes any "branded" flying I.E. Southwest Express, Connection, Airlink, Eagle, or any other name you want to call it.

Why would they even consider the E190 when the 737-600 is of comperabe size? Granted the -600 would be slightly more to operate than a 190, but it would keep the common fleet type.
