As you know, pilot benefits and such (schedule, salary, equipment, training, etc.) have greatly improved over the last 10-15 years and EAS is continuing to expand our service area, organizational foundation (increased staffing that helps support the pilot and shareholders), and capacity. Nothing moves quickly in the aviation world, but things are trending upward for us aviators, something we can all appreciate.
