That’s a reasonable position. Some of us are a little sensitive, because management would prefer we live in a cardboard box under the overpass next to the airport. When someone posts something they’re comfortable doing, that starts to sound remotely close to that cardboard box, some of us will probably have some issue with it, even if it wasn’t written with that intent.
Exactly, because as I found out the hard way early on. It’s not a thing where you go out of your way and they then reciprocate down the line. You go out of your way, they see that your willing to do that for no extra incentive, then they hammer you with it time and again. The only way it seems to get what we deserve is to play hard ball. They still have their eyes turned to 2009 where pilots were willing to take home less and less just to keep their jobs. But it’s 2018 and somehow we need to show them we aren’t worth pennies anymore.
