Being a line holder isn’t even that great at PSA either. My
original award doesn’t include 1 single 4 day worth over 19 hours. I have a 15 hour 4 day on my original award. The inefficiency of the trips that the company builds is almost unreal at this place. Almost 1900 pilots and we’re struggling to staff 130-something aircraft.
Company: “SAP is the cause of inefficiencies”.
Pilots: “We would SAP a lot less if you built better trips”.
Company: “Here’s PBS”.
