Generally speaking RTP guys generally won't be CA material at 1000 hrs. way back when...2500 hrs was a pretty good target for UPG. That's low if you man, no offense. Remember, you too was a zero 121 time pilot as well. It's was a learning curve for all of us coming into the 121 world. Any FO coming in should not waste their 1000 hours coasting.
