There is a 12 month contract regardless of seat for everything you do at EAS. Except for recurrent. Also a heads up to new SICs it states on the website they will pay for your CTP course but it is actually only if you upgrade.
And yes the PTB has restrictions to use it. Lots of guys getting denied time off even to be in family weddings. Mgmt says they are staffing well but on the other hand guys are struggling to get days off because they are short handed?!?
Additionally, as an SIC you're going to be dual-qualified so you're training contract will essentially be for about 18 months, as you usually start out in the Phenom 100 and fly it for 6 months, then get additional training in the Phenom 300.
