We can't accommodate every request, but we've got a position at Headquarters that primarily focuses on processing vacation requests, certainly there is an understanding from management about the importance these requests have on QOL as well as Ops. Getting some additional PIC's on the line would greatly help alleviate some of the issues with granting requests!
