She really is a diamond in the so called rough that can be HR departments. They’ve done a nice job so far of hiring pilots who fit into our “brotherhood” mentality. This pilot group is awesome and we wanna keep it that way...doesn’t matter where you came from as long as you fit the bill...if you get a face to face with her...show her this is where you really wanna be and you don’t need a hat or a double breasted jacket to make your man parts feel bigger.
