Answer to your question is no. I've been around way to long for you to act like guys don't drop the "guard card". They do it. Even my buddy at DAL that does the hiring says they've moved to hiring the RJ guys. Why? The guard guys drop the card for the first year to skip the pay and reserve. Sandi busted him and he's out!
