A rated guy without a master's degree does not have to worry about O-4 these days. However, if you want to be an IDE select off of your O-4 board you might be hurting. Doesn't mean you can't get a push for school from your OG/WG CC and still make it, but it sure does make it easier.
O-5 board...just like Hacker said.
