To continue to allow Piedmont to construct 4 day trips that pay less than 20 hrs pay makes them inefficient and your QOL abysmal. I have no idea how any pilot at Piedmont can hold a life together with two days off.
This proposal is simply a Jerry Glass intern victory over you. Probably negotiated by a 26 yr old kid. They get big bonuses when the hammer you down. It's amazing to see the defeatist attitude on this forum. You will fit in well with the APA mentality if you flow. Bottom of the airline world.
