I'm sorry, but our massive amount of fume events are grade A bull****.

There is a lot of hype.... FAs are smelling normal fuel/engine smells after engine start and are calling the flight deck to report bull**** fume events.

This crap needs to stop. It is taking away from legit fume events, and makes it hard when a crew has a legit event, to diagnose and take seriously...

FYI, we have had 6 "fume" events in the last week. I'm not a company man, but that is bull****.
