At a WO right now perhaps. And I’m glad it worked out for many of my FOs who’ve been picked up by a major while I can’t get an interview. But for many of us hired in the 90’s/post 9/11 that’s our reality. And while it seems the good times will never end and every 23 year old starting off now will be a 777 Captain before they turn 35 this is a cyclical industry.
