A ratio by size of pilot groups is a good method. Let’s say there are 1200 ERJ and 300 CRJ. Once the CRJ guys start being accepted, it could be integrated that way. 4 ERJ, and 1 CRJ. The same concept could be applied if there was a flow. One flow for every one CPP until the CPP guys are gone. I’m sure that sounds unfair to some people, but I think it’s about as fair as it gets.
