If we keep the CPP I'm curious how it will be offered to CRJ side. On the one hand, I don't necessarily think we should jump ahead. On the other hand, we have some senior captains (myself included), who need to move on in order to make left seats available for reduced upgrade times. Not sure what the best balance is.
At Mesa, United requires that pilots fly for the last 12 months under United colors to be eligible to move over through CPP. The rest of the requirements can be under another airline’s colors. I understand Xjet’s circumstances are different, but I cannot imagine it is more strict than that.
