UAL has not said anything but the DO and MEC could not release this information without an ok from UAL or violating a NDA. The former would indicate either a tentative deal based upon certain monetary and time line factors or at least a “gentleman” agreement. The latter would sink any possibility XJT has of getting it. Sorry, at this point Mesa is the dark, dark horse. I don’t think GoJet has a chance.
We shall see over the next month.
Speaking to some friends at Xjt, looks like they will be getting the 170s in April. Not sure it that's a sure thing, but he sounded like it's a done deal. This will be good for XJT, shows the company is turning around.
