People who go to the legacy’s generally stay forever. Its the top of the career for aviation. They don’t have contract because people are not going to bolt on them once they get the training. The fractional and regional markets are having a hard time keeping people in the seats. Look at it from their perspective guys. If it cost $20k+ to train someone and they take off within the first year that is a loss. Usually Companys who suffer losses don’t stay open long.
