2.You do FBO standbys?
3. Medical insurance ?
4.Pay scale for FO and Capt.?
5.Travel on day 1 and day 15 ?
6. Typical hotel properties (i.e. Hilton, Marriott, etc) ?
7. Pilots keep hotel and airline rewards ?
8. Pilot/Mgmt. relationship ?
9. Training contract for each recurrent or just initial ?
10. Length of time to Upgrade?
11. Interview process?
12. Hotel accommodation single occupancy during training and after?
13. Anything else you care to add

Specifically, I would be looking for information regarding the CL300 FO position in CMH.

Thanks in advance.
Answers:

1. They operate a floating fleet? No, you are generally assigned to a specific tail-number
2.You do FBO standbys? No, though you will wait at the FBO sometimes for passengers who are day-tripping
3. Medical insurance ? Yes
4.Pay scale for FO and Capt.? Depends on airframe and experience, and is negotiable
5.Travel on day 1 and day 15 ? Most of the fleet you have to live within 2 hours of the assigned airport
6. Typical hotel properties (i.e. Hilton, Marriott, etc) ? Crew choice, we use Hiltons
7. Pilots keep hotel and airline rewards ? Yes
8. Pilot/Mgmt. relationship ? Same as any other 135
9. Training contract for each recurrent or just initial ? 1 year initial, 6 month re-current
10. Length of time to Upgrade? depends on your assignment
11. Interview process? Skype interview with DO and HR
12. Hotel accommodation single occupancy during training and after? Single occupancy always

Jetselect is mostly an aircraft management company, so your QOL, upgrade times, etc all depends on what airplane you end up on. Some are nearly all 135, some are ALL 91. The majority of their fleet is CL300s and Lear 60s, but they have other types mixed in.

Generally they hire you onto a specific aircraft N-Number for a specific owner. You will stay on that aircraft unless you request to transfer to another. There is some floating in the CL300 and LR60 fleets, but the others its just the guys on that aircraft. Mostly they want you to live within a 2 hour call out of your assigned aircraft, although recently they did post they needed a CL300 floating Captain.
