I know it is a though job. I have some experience working as a scheduler and dispatcher for a 121 carrier. Just the other day I had a scheduler tell me my trip the next day got taken away because of a displaced line holder. That's fine with me, especially since I just got done with a 5 day trip. But later I saw that the trip was given to a guy junior to me.
