And at the end of that time you’ll be as sharp and as well trained as you’ll ever be in your career, with very well respected experience on the resume and over 1000 135 commuter multi pic, which is sufficient for the left seat in 121... Stay another year and flow to Spirit and the A320...

I have heard from that the contract lengths changed this fall, so 18 months may be required based on TT at signing.
