Meh....I’m kind of selfish. I’d rather make the pay good for new people to come here so we can all GTFO. My interest in the QOL for the super senior lifers is pretty slim. This never should have been a career destination for anybody, and the fact that so many have planted themselves here for the long haul is precisely why we have had so much difficulty. Well paid CAs who barely fly don’t help when it comes to the accountants.
