Statements like the above contributed to us, Spirit, being sued by the company and ultimately eroding our bargaining position. Be sure that you are not suggesting any illegal job action in the interest of giving your team the best shot at eventually gaining the contract you deserve. It’s not fair to be hamstrung by the RLA and dragged through the muck of collective bargaining so long but it’s the process that’s in place and there are no shortcuts. I hope you guys hit it out of the park. Don’t get hamstrung out of frustration on here.
