Watch the investor slides. Less than a year ago, spirit was talking about having hundreds of potentially profitable routes that they couldn't immediately take advantage of because they couldn't grow that fast. No need for a new aircraft type to cash in on those routes that are already identified. What does the investor presentation say now? The clues you need are likely in there. Don't forget, the last investor presentation before the current contract was signed was the one where mgt finally admitted that growth was on hold until the contract was settled (the one before that, they blamed it on the NEO engine problems). Lots of good info in the investor relations page on the website, if you're trying to guess what's gonna happen.
