A complete fleet switch for any LCC or ULCC would not be easy. The biggest example that I can think of was EasyJet. After a quick google search they had around 88 737s before switching to an all Airbus fleet so not impossible? But boy that would be a pain.

I'd give you 3 to 1 we stay with Airbus. They'll never flip the fleet. Boeing is just trying anything to sell aircraft.
