I don't know that to be a fact, but if it is then your overall number (12,000) would be too much. Has anyone else here heard that? I was told the same thing, but ended up getting hired despite having 10,000+ Hours. I did have my stuff in for 7 yrs or so though. Stay persistent. I know that I too was frustrated, about ready to give up and then unexpectedly got the Email for the Interview.
