It seems to be about the younger guys and or those around 5,000 hours. Just look at this guy here in the picture, way underqualified then most applicants but still got in.............................. .............................. ................................... ........................

I was told the same thing, but ended up getting hired despite having 10,000+ Hours. I did have my stuff in for 7 yrs or so though. Stay persistent. I know that I too was frustrated, about ready to give up and then unexpectedly got the Email for the Interview.

Curious, have you only applied to Fedex? You would be a good fit at UPS with the 747 experience.

FedEx is my dream. Even got B777 under my belt for them.
But I applied to UPS too.
