So an FO displaced to CA in a seat they do not desire is not seat locked and may preference bid to get a seat they do desire in subsequent system bids.
Are they (displaced FOs) only able to get the top 30% of seats available to them on subsequent bids like other CAs, or can they bid for and have available 100% of the other equipment CA seats. Not sure how to ask that or if it makes sense. Do the same equipment change rules apply for displaced FOs as CAs who had preference bid? Is it tracked?
