Definitely do-able, but one would have to pick up high-value trips from open time and the trade board and work a 6-on 2-off or 6-on 1-off schedule. Even being near the top of the short call ranks and bidding first-out isn't enough to get much flying right now, so one cannot expect to break the 75-hr reserve guarantee on assignments received on reserve days.

Being able to drop reserve days and pick up higher credit flying to replace the dropped days would help, but reference aforementioned issues with the reserve grid rarely being green.

Crediting 120-130 hrs on reserve as NYC 900 FO is definitely do-able for the few motivated enough to do it, I'm just not sure I'd call it "easy." Maybe I just haven't done enough truly difficult things in my life
