Pilot Dads and placement agreements w/ Kids
I'm looking for fellow pilots that have placement agreements with their kids' mom and what they do for reference.
My ex wants a 7 day alternating placement schedule. I'm a commuting regional guy that lives in a small town. My line bidding power ranges from 40% to 35% so a 7 on 7 off would be impossible on a consistent basis.
If this situation is similar what do you do for placement with your kids? Thanks in advance.
