I applied online almost a year ago and have heard nothing form CAL. A friend who applied last fall got an interview within a couple of months. He tells me that it is very important to have a CAL pilot walk a resume into a chief pilot's office, or better yet into the recruiting dept. The CAL pilots I know haven't heard anything about this. Does it help to send a friend to drop off my resume? Will they accept and consider a resume that I drop off myself? Any advice on who's office to send my CAL friends to, or any other related tips?
