Info on placement agreements only please
I appreciate your responses. I'm only seeking what other pilots do for there placement agreements. I realize anyone's reluctance to post since its a very private matter. Please private message me. I realize every circumstance is different but I'm just trying to see what other guys do so I can inform my lawyer and ultimately the judge.
My situation isn't new. I'm very familiar with my states family law. I'm 5 years deep into it and currently have a 50/50 custody and placement agreement. I realize my ex's frustration with having a placement agreement revolved around my work schedule.
Does anyone know of any recourses available that help protect pilots from former spouses using our jobs against us when is comes to placement agreements? Our "Association" isn't much help in the matter.
