Run a comparison between your current employer versus flying for a major:
Pay, quality of life, health benefits, disability benefits, time off, upgrade times, perks, dead heading to and from the jet (class of travel), hotels, and very important... retirement benefits.
BBJ pilots are a relatively small community, and in some cases quite sort after yielding very good salaries for overseas operators.
Ya positive it’s 121. I believe the pay at most majors over the period of an entire career would be substantially more than what this company offers.
Thanks for all the reply’s everyone, appreciate it!
