Do what you enjoy now. Forget everything else. This industry changes every two seconds. Do what is best for you.

I should mention it’s mostly all 121 ops too.
Your opening post stated that "I have the opportunity to move over to a 737 as an sic for a private company full pic type averages about 600hrs a year."

In this last post, you say it's "mostly all 121 ops." How is a private company "mostly all 121 ops."

Are you referring to charter or supplemental operations?

Are you sure it’s not a 125 operation, which is common for BBJ operators.

Run a comparison between your current employer versus flying for a major:

Pay, quality of life, health benefits, disability benefits, time off, upgrade times, perks, dead heading to and from the jet (class of travel), hotels, and very important... retirement benefits.

BBJ pilots are a relatively small community, and in some cases quite sort after yielding very good salaries for overseas operators.

Ya positive it’s 121. I believe the pay at most majors over the period of an entire career would be substantially more than what this company offers.

Thanks for all the reply’s everyone, appreciate it!

There’s not such thing as “mostly 121”; it is or it isn’t 121. Unless it’s an airline with a 121 AOC, it’s 125.
