The majority of people at XJT who are going to United right now via the CPP are 2005 hires. That doesn’t solve the top-heavy issue. Especially now that the ULTRA top-heavy ASA CAs are backfilling those vacancies.
I think guys starting in the 11/27 class were hired as late as April or May 2006. A class or 2 seems to chew through 5 months of the seniority list.
