The other airlines that have flows from their WOs have the same types of pilots with various histories. That’s the problem with a straight flow, that the ML carrier obligates itself to pilots it wouldn’t otherwise hire.
The fix for that is to have a VERY stringent probation period that will most likely weed out the problem kids. They might have to do a flow someday. I don’t think we are there just yet.
