So which one and why?

Want LGA base. Seems feasible at both. Which one will fly me more hours first year? Training seems better and faster at Skywest. 2 months done. Republic has 2.5 month delay and looks like 3-4 months for training..
I know republic has slightly better contract and no ready reserve. I dont want to sit reserve for 6 months and only fly 10 hours a month which seems possibility with Skywest and the ERJ. Culture seems better at Skywest. Very confusing decision.
