If you have to be LGA, I would go w YX. In the scheme of things the training delay probably isn’t going to affect you as far as upgrade timing or moving on to mainline (compared to ERJ with OO). Seniority starts with YX at indoc. Now if you were flexible w base and did CRJ with OO, there is minimal reserve, you fly a ton, upgrade when you have the time. Sacrifice some QOL but you get time quicker. So IMO it depends on what is important to you. I think you’ll have better QOL with YX, but probably you would be happy pilot at both companies. If you went CRJ at OO and upgrade quickly, the lack of a signing bonus is somewhat balanced with faster CA pay. Tough decision, I’ve been sitting in the exact same boat, except I want ORD.
