The rest of us will have to hope someone sees our drop request and pick up our trip. Pretty much manpower neutral. To get this we gave up transfer days <18 months (manpower positive) and end of month conflict (manpower positive). I hope our negotiating committee steps up their game, because they just cost us some pilots.
