I was told just the other day that some of the pressure the company is feeling is due to the leasing companies wanting predictable expenses going forward.

As these big batch of aircraft start arriving, the leasing companies want to see the financials before they provide the financing for the planes.

It might have had less to do with newhire classes and more to do with securing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of aircraft
