I know there's a few barons that sit there at Signature as far as based aircraft. There's a slew of planes that come in through the night though. I always liked being #2 behine the lear as it departed to watch it climb-out.

As far as being a new-hire base, it's all about chances at this company, good luck though. Although, if you're just looking for a company that's Indiana based, there's my former employer out of PLD who's always looking for guys. After you complete your check-ride it's $27k, plus 6-month raises that are very very nice. Only Aflac supplemental for benefits though, but it's not really a place you hang around after your year unless you were in my situation where it was home for me. I actually got a job at another place w/o even a thought about my experience because they knew the flying I did at this place. The flying is pretty much Freight, but they do also do Pax op's, so it's different. PM me if you are interested, I can steer you to the right people.
