I dont really like to discuss our compensation and benefit package info in a public forum. But your post has several things that sound like outdated information.
I would visit FT and then click Travel. The Drop down menu has "Top Hits". Under the "Top Hits" are two links you need to read: Other Airline Interline Travel and myUAdiscount.
That will clear up everything for you!!! Good luck and PM me if you have more questions.
