I see no effort to try and reduce the overall seniority average. If that were the objective, there would be early buy outs and such. There are many guys at 60-62 that are only here to stay for 2 year so that they get the United retirement benefits. They could easily buy them out with that. I think that if Delta didn’t hose everyone on the benefits, lots of guys would be naturally leaving. Another failure to fix the list.
