Back when I counted, LAS/MCO had 36 and 32 daily (all NB) and CLE only had 20 mainline departures. So, now that they've finally merged an expanded FA base in BOS is not uncalled for.
When the CO announced the reduced FA staffing for international flights, they tried to sweeten the announcement by unveiling new satellite FA bases in PHX/SAN/MCO. It seems the sweetener did not do the trick, judging by the upcoming FA picket. Should be interesting to observe whether those bases actually do get established and/or succeed.
You'll be happy to hear that a flight attendant I flew with recently explained that "we were all" getting satellite domiciles. When I tried to explain that pilots weren't part of the announcement, she would have any of it. I thought of you
