Both jets are good qualification systems. The reason the MD is preferable is that most are equipped with EFIS and FMCs. That prepares you for more modern jets down the road.

You seem to be the one who has the scoop on the real operation. I’ve seen a few insights on health insurance provided by Everts. Could you shed some light on health insurance for employee + family? Not seen much at all about family dependents being covered under company provided insurance. This in itself would be a deterant for many in any job these days.
