Default How to check IOE Schedule on CrewWeb

1. Set up your CrewVoice (you need the pin number to log onto CrewWeb)
2. www.mymesaba.com
3. "My Department" tab
4. "Flight Ops"
5. under the "links and documents" menu, forth one down click "CrewWeb"
6. After logging in, you might have a number of messages to read. You have to look at all the new ones before it allows you to continue. You will know you have seen them all when you can click a button that says something like continue log in. If you have no CrewMessages, it will automatically continue to the main menu.
7. click "View Schedule"
8. After choosing whatever month, you'll get to a calendar type view. You'll see ground school and sim show up as green lines across the days. Travel days show up as orange lines, reserve periods are black, and trips (including your IOE trip) show up as blue lines.
9. On any of these colored lines you can right click and choose details and it will basically give you a start and end time. Once your IOE trip appears, right click it and pick "inquire".
10. From here you can get just about any info you could want about your trip. Most of it is obvious. To see who you're flying with, right click a line in your trip and choose "Flight Leg Crew".
11. A lot of guys like to print their trips out for quick reference. To do this, in the same screen you're already in, just click the "print" tab and make sure to click "show printer friendly version" so it doesn't print the scroll bars.
12. Once you have flown some portion of the trip, go back into the same window. There is a pull down tab where you can choose either "Latest/actual times" or "Original schedules times". This will tell you what your actual credit will be for the trip, and give you an idea of extra overtime you are/aren't making.

There are many other uses for CrewWeb, but this will get you started. Others can feel free to add whatever tricks you have found.

Hope this helps!
