He did not give 2 weeks notice and just left after an argument with a manager at his previous airline. He is not sure if his new company has received the PRIA requests yet as his copies were emailed to him.

During interview when asked if he would go back to his previous company he just said no because he was looking for a change but never disclosed the argument or how he left the company.

His flying and training record is great though with no failures. Would his new company which is a regional really care that much considering his record as a pilot?
Tough. In the past he would be let go for sure, since all airline applications ask "have you ever been terminated".

I suppose it's possible a bottom-feeder regional might be desperate enough to let that slide but I would plan on unemployment soon. Probably need to consider 91/135 next... airlines are gonna be tough with two terminations, one for lying.
