I keep hearing people infer that you get all of this paperwork with your checkride history, but is that even true?
Keep track of what you sign.
The airlines are required to do a PRIA check.
It is recommended in the PRIA Advisory Circular that they do a FOIA check. They need your signature for this as well, but this is not a required check. Most airlines do this and with it comes all of your 8710s, disapprovals, temporary certificates and that stuff.
I would highly encourage you to learn about PRIA, it's part of your pilot career and it's important to know what it is and what is being requested.
