Seems like a pretty attractive option for somebody who isn’t sure about the whole 121 thing. I wish they had some bases further out west.
We will hire SIC's close to 900TT. We've had eight pilots join the Fractional side in 2018 with 900-980TT. Some of the applicants would interview prior to obtaining the 900TT to see if Airshare was a good fit for both parties, then upon reaching 900TT they would either re-interview (if we needed another member of our Hiring Team present, or the time between interviews was 30+ days) or we would find a start date that fell in-line with graduation/contract expiration, etc.
