Why do you suppose that is?
1. Lower than average pay for air ambulance - $73000 competition in El Paso pays $135000
2. Two to three times the average for hours flown per year - about 500 is the average
3. Management that lives in an 'ivory tower' - full of pride and our way or the highway
4. CP that is very arrogant and self-righteous. No one who knows him likes him. Including the medical crews.
